September Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s September Auction proved to be another successful national online auction with over £7.8m in properties sold.
Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
A excellent investment opportunity was offered in our Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire auction. The property was snapped up prior to the auction.
A 3 bedroom semi detached property in a popular location was offered in our East Anglia Auction. The property was in need of renovation and sold prior to the Auction.
A superb investment opportunity in a popular area sold at the Manchester Auction. The property has the potential to generate £11,400per annum was bought by an investor.
We saw significant interest in Whitby Avenue and was purchased prior to the North East Auction. A two bedroom semi detached corner plot bungalow sold with no chain.
We saw competitive bidding in the North Wales, Mid Wales, Oswestry and Chester Auction. Cybi Street a one bedroom leasehold first floor flat sold at Auction for £18,000.
We saw interest from investors, HMO developers and landlords in Lorne Street. A 4 bedroom end terrace over 3 stories property with an attic conversion and a basement.
The Scotland Auction featured a 2 bedroom maisonette in Wishaw offering a fantastic investment for an investor producing a rental income of £750pcm.
We saw competitive bidding on 75 Steward Road. The property received a total of 13 bids and sold at Auction for £72,000.
A fantastic investment opportunity was available in our South Wales Auction. Located in a popular location, this 3 bedroom HMO produces a rental income of £1,050pcm. The property was purchased prior to the Auction.
The West Midlands featured a one bedroom flat by order of a major housing association, this one-bedroom flat with a modern layout and private balcony. A total of 23 bids were placed and the property sold for £183,000.
A total of 44 bids were placed a plot of land at Alexandra Gardens. The price achieved £54,000 over the Guide Price. The building plot was granted full planning consent for the erection of a detached one bedroom house with integral garage and garden to the rear.
