Auction Highlights

Wood Street, Barnet was featured in the London auction and we saw competitive bidding at the London auction, a bid of £550,000 secured the property.

Bethnal Green Road offered a fantastic investment opportunity, 6,858sqft of freehold commercial property split across 4 floors and was snapped up by a buyer before the auction.

A fantastic investment opportunity in Richmond Hill was quickly secured by a prior to the London auction.

In Cheshire, Shropshrie and Staffordshire we saw a number of purchasers secure properties before the day of the auction, a few highlights were Mill Bank, Wellington, Telford a tenanted investment in popular location and 353 Manchester Road, Northwich, Cheshire.

Dean Terrace, an extended, three/four bedroomed, Victorian end terrace set in a quiet countryside location was sold in the Manchester auction.

Dorset & Hampshire featured The Shell House a luxury two bedroom apartment with sea views. This property was quickly sold prior to the auction for £310,000 acheving £60,000 over the guide price.

We saw competitive bidding on Victoria Road, a 3/4 bedroom semi-detached house requiring a full renovation with a total of 11 bids and the property sold at £213,000.
