Town and Country’s May auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
Queen Street, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire a 3 bedroom Semi Detached property offered huge potential for a BTL investment and was snapped up by an investor prior to the auction.
Fairholme Mansions, London Road, Croydon was offered in the London auction a long leasehold two bedroom mansion flat with vacant possession sold at the auction for 165,000.
Leverson Street located in Streatham Common, this two bedroom ground floor garden flat located on Leverson Street SW16 is in need of a total renovation. The property has a short lease of 52 years and was only available to cash buyer sold prior to the auction.
The Manchester auction featured Norway Street, Stretford an ideal first time buy or a buy to let investment with spacious living accommodation throughout and has huge potential for someone to put their own stamp on it. This opportunity was snapped up by a buyer before the auction.
We saw competitive bidding on a 0.22 acre plot of land in High Street, Wherwell, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 7JG which had a Guide Price of £10,000 – £20,000. The land received a total of 57 bids and sold for £40,500.
