Town and Country’s November auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.

Auction Highlights

Bryn Bach Road featured in the South Wales auction. A 4 bedroom farmhouse with 12 acres and two stone barns ideal for further development. This was snapped up by a buyer prior to auction.

A three double bedroom three storey semi detached in need of modernisation. This property was sold prior to the Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire auction.

Broadmayne Road offered a great opportunity for investment sold with tenant in situ. Sold post auction for £215,000.

Our London auction featured a two bedroom flat in a popular location and was picked up prior to the auction.
