One of the stand out lots of the day was Deeside Farm, a potential redevelopment site extending to 0.11 Hectares (0.26 Acres) and comprising a dilapidated three bedroom detached house together with a single storey brick outbuilding. Listed with a Guide Price of £100,000 plus fees in partnership with Atchams Chartered Surveyors the property was subject to strong bidding before selling for £150,000.

Elsewhere in Scotland, we saw huge interest prior to the auction in the sale of Lady Menzies Place a 1-bedroom investment opportunity situated on Lady Menzies Place, Edinburgh with a Guide Price of £100,000 + fees sold for £163,105.

Great results in the South of England, we saw Donoughmore Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 4HG a two bedroom 1st floor flat tenanted investment with a Guide Price of £100,000 + fees saw strong bidding and sold for £125,000.
