May Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s May Auction proved to be another successful national online auction with over £9.5m in properties sold.
Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
The Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire Auction featured Templar Terrace a desirable and spacious end town house with PP for HMO situated in this ever popular Porthill location. The property was snapped up by a buyer before the auction.
A total of 26 bids were placed on Foxlands Crescent, a fantastic 4 bedroom property, with accommodation over 3 storeys located in the heart of Dagenham East sold for £400,000. Achieving £35,000 over the guide price.
Bridge Road, Middlesex offered an exciting opportunity for buyers, the property comprised of a three bedroom semi detached with off street parking and was sold post Auction.
The North East Auction featured a fantastic opportunity for investors. The property was offered with Mortgagees not in possession and achieved £22,000 over the Guide Price and sold for £70,000 at Auction.
Clifton Drive offered an exciting development opportunity in Northwich. We saw competitive bidding with a total of 20 bids and sold for £42,000.
The North West Auction offered The Old Stables Appleby Castle an amazing opportunity to purchase two stone two storey barns ripe for development previously with full planning permission for residential use. The property sold at Auction.
The South auction featured an ideal purchase for DIY enthusiasts, this three bedroom detached house offers a great opportunity to personalise to taste! Set in a popular location of Tuckton, Southbourne, just moments from the local High Street and River Stour offered this property is for sale with no onward chain.
The property was snapped prior to the South auction.
A unique development opportunity with planning consent for a Single Residential Dwelling with vehicular access.
Conveniently located in the heart of Waunarlwydd the Chapel was sold prior to the South Wales Auction.
