March National Property Auction Delivers Impressive Results.
Town and Country’s March auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
Auction Highlights
We saw competitive bidding on 55/1, Buccleuch Street, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH8 9LS. The property offered a fantastic investment opportunity in the central popular location of Newington. Listed with a Guide Price of £110,000 the property achieved a sale price of £164,000.
The Crescent offered huge potential for developers, potential to adapt to a HMO or back to a residential property. A stunning property with original features was snapped up prior to the auction above the guide price of £315,000.
Having only being on the market a short period of time Frith Road, Croydon was bought before the auction. A commercial opportunity is an ideal investment opportunity, located in the heart of Croydon with both Centrale and Whitgift Shopping Centres just a short walk away.
There were no surprises that Whitworth Road generated so much interest. Offered at a Guide Price of £100,000 a 2 bedroom semi detached in need of renovation sold at auction £165,000.
