Town and Country’s first auction of the year was another successful national online auction.

There was a wide variety of properties on offer from apartments, bungalows, land, commercial investment and more. We saw competitive bidding on a variety of properties which subsequently sold at Auction.

Sold in January

Interest was high in Abbey Close in Skegness, a spacious two-bedroom semi-detached bungalow with off-road parking and a garage received a total of 63 bids achieving a sold price of £171,000.

Investors were eager to secure Delavale Close which was offered to auction with a Guide Price of £5,000 with No Reserve Price. One of the standout properties of the auction with a total of 86 bids sold for £52,001.

Fernlea Grove was offered by our Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire region. A wonderful investment opportunity in a quiet Cul-De-Sac and was snapped up prior to the auction.

Cestrian Street in Deeside a two bedroom end terrace house sold prior to auction. Close to amenities and transport links having been partially upgraded by the current owners provided a fantastic investment opportunity.
