February Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s February Auction proved to be another successful national online auction with over circa £14.7m+ in properties sold.
Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights

The London auction offered an exclusive development of 7 modern art deco style apartment’s and the freehold for the building, currently fully let earing circa £73,920 per annum. The property sold at auction for £1,100,000.

A total of 10 bids were placed on this converted mixed use terraced property in the heart of Potters Bar. A fantastic investment opportunity that sold at auction for £866,000 in the London auction.

The South auction offered a large freehold boat yard consisting of yard area, slip road with moorings, two lock ups and a Two , one bedroom flats. The property was snapped up prior to the auction.
