February Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s February proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
We saw significant interest in King Street, Middlewich. The property received a total of 26 bids and sold for £160,000 a total of £25,000 over the guide price.
Llanrwst Road received significant interest prior to the auction, a buyer was quick to snap the property up prior to the North, Mid Wales, Chester and Oswestry Auction.
A total of 23 bids were received on Glenhove Road, the property offered a fantastic investment opportunity to buyers. The property sold for £30,000 achieving £20,000 over the guide price.
A two bedroom first floor apartment in Bournemouth. St Clement’s Road was purchased prior to the South’s February auction by a purchaser. The property sold for £135,000 achieving £15,000 over the guide price.
A 3 bedroom detached property in a popular location. Buttercup Drive was listed into the Manchester auction and was sold prior to the auction.
Stone Crescent received early interest and was sold prior to auction, a 3 bedroom semi detached property close to local amenities.
Listed to the North East auction, Cirencester Street offered buyer’s a excellent investment opportunity with the property requiring renovation.
Unit 202, Wright Street saw good interest in the auction, receiving a total of 7 bids the property sold for £13,000.
Hale Road offered a fantastic buy to let investment and was quickly picked up prior to the North West auction.
A great opportunity to purchase a two storey town house in Carmarthen. The property was sold prior to the South Wales auction.
