April Property Auction: A Look at the Results.
Town and Country’s April auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
Highlights
Manor Farm, Staffordshire received a total of 137 bids with a number a bidders looking to secure this development opportunity. Sold for a final bid of £767,000 achieving £217,000 over the guide price.
We saw competitive bidding in Brooklands Crescent, West Yorkshire a two bedroom semi detached in need of renovation achieved a sale price of £150,000.
Commercial Road, Bournemouth a 1st floor studio flat situated in Bournemouth Town Centre was offered in the South auction and sold for £51,000.
Bollin Walk, Wilmslow a mid terrace victorian property in a fantastic location was quickly snapped up prior to the Manchester auction.
Our South Wales auction featured Walters Road, Llanelli which offered a fantastic opportunity to purchase an extended 3 Bedroom property located in a popular location sold prior to auction.
Albert Terrace, Wrexham a charming well maintained cottage with a large garden to rear in Wrexham sold at the auction for £86,000.
