A Successful June Auction for Town and Country.
Town and Country’s June auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
We saw competitive bidding on this unique 1930’s villa style detached bungalow in Rhos on Sea, after 13 bids the property sold for £335,000. The property needs complete modernisation and offers immense potential for either a full ‘make over’ or redevelopment, full planning consent is already granted.
The property sits on a large sloping plot, of just under half an acre, with a spectacular 360’ vista, which includes the Bay of Rhos on Sea, the Coastline beyond and behind is the Hillside Nature Reserve of Bryn Euryn, a SSSI – Site of Special Scientific Interest.

High Street, Winsford was snapped up quickly by a buyer before the auction. A freehold premises with huge potential.

Bidding started quickly for buyers on this three bedroom end of terrace property. Sitting on a generous plot within a popular residential area approximately five miles from Liverpool city centre. The property achieved a price of £68,000 under the gavel.
