July Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s July auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
A very spacious dormer bungalow with a large garden and driveway. Perfect as a family home or subject to planning a refurbishment home. Positioned on one of Winsford’s most prestigious roads, linking you to Whitegate, Northwich, Chester and Oulton Park.
We saw plenty of enquiries prior to the auction and was snapped up prior to the auction.
We saw competitive bidding on Madle Cottage in the South Auction. The property is in need of complete renovation and sold at auction for £245,000.
A total of 19 bids were placed on Merton Court and sold for £118,000. A 2nd floor two bedroom flat situated within walking distance of the beach and Bournemouth Town Centre.
Knowles Bank Farm was purchased prior to the auction, a stunning, former farm house, set in gardens and adjacent paddock, extending to approx. 3 acres.
Another sold property in the Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire auction was High Street. A substantial mid row property is situated at the centre of the village and offers impressive accommodation.
A truly unique renovation opportunity Radwinter Manor Place was agreed prior to auction. A large former Rectory that post war, has been divided into two separate homes. The property is a three bedroom semi detached and was built in the early C19. It is a grade II listed building.
Opportunity to purchase a parcel of land located on Buckingham Road, just outside the villages of Weedon and Hardwick and a short drive to Aylesbury Town was sold at auction for £13,000.
Our London auction featured a vacant, studio apartment in a prime location.
Located on Kidderminster Road, local amenities are available nearby on London Road with further shopping facilities in the centre of Croydon.
A buyer was quick to snap up this opportunity and purchased prior to auction.
